I. PROJECT INITIATION:

The most important part of any design project, is how you begin:

EVERYONE BEGINS WITH A one-on-one conversation AND A consultation tailored to your personal goals. HERE WE gain a high level understanding of your project, AND get to know your goals, TASTE, lifestyle, while sharing information about our studio and how we work with clientS.

After meeting with you, we create and PRESENT A COMPREHENSIVE, CUSTOMIZED PROPOSAL OUTLINING OUR PROCESS, SERVICES AND DESIGN FEE ESTIMATE. ONCE ALL IS SIGNED AND THE DEPOSIT IS PROVIDED, WE’RE READY TO DIG IN WITH YOU!

II. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

before delving into CREATING your designs, WE REVIEW INSPIRATION TO ENSURE ALIGNMENT IN STYLE direction. WE PLAN an on-site trade day, during which we take measurements, meet any tradesmen, Architects, and engineers involved in the project, take photos and make sure we have all details needed before we begin sourcing.

We source all materials and furnishings, create CONCEPTUAL mood boards, floor plans, drawings and elevations to provide a THOROUGH and comprehensive visual display that we envision for your home. OUR DESIGNS GIVE CLIENTS A detailed and REAL SENSE OF HOW THEIR COMPLETED SPACES WILL COME TO LIFE.

III. REVISIONS

We review our designs with you and provide alternate items upon request. We update floor plans and design presentations to reflect any desired changes.

V. CONSTRUCTION COORDINATION

DURING ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION WE MAKE REGULAR SITE VISITS AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE BUILDER AND TRADES, TO ENSURE ACCURACY, MINIMIZE MISTAKES & HELP TIMELINES FLOW WITH EFFICIENCY. WE UPDATE ALL CONSTRUCTION PLANS AND DOCUMENTS TO REFLECT CHANGING SITE CONDITIONS. WE FACILITATE ALL MATERIAL SITE DELIVERIES IN TANDEM WITH PROGRESS ONSITE SO GOODS ARE ON HAND AND READY WHEN NEEDED.

IV. PURCHASING & LOGISTICS

ONCE ALL DESIGN ELEMENTS ARE FINALIZED AND APPROVED, OUR STUDIO purchasES ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND FURNITURE FOR YOUR PROJECT. while our designers conduct workshop visits for custom items, OUR IN-HOUSE PURCHASING coordinatOR WORKS with our VENDORS AND SHIPPING COMPANIES TO CONSOLIDATE ALL GOODS SAFELY IN OUR RECEIVING WAREHOUSE. WE MANAGE THE MOUNTAIN OF LOGISTICS, WHILE trackING all project finances down to the penny, TO ensurE you’re in the best hands with your largest investment.

VI. FURNITURE INSTALLATION

ONCE CONSTRUCTION IS COMPLETE AND CLEAR FOR FURNITURE, WE SCHEDULE OUR WAREHOUSES’ A-TEAM DELIVERY CREW TO BRING ALL YOUR GOODS. OUR DESIGN TEAM WILL BE ONSITE TO FACILITATE PLACEMENT FROM THE BIGGEST ITEM, DOWN TO THE PILLOWS AND FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS. THIS IS THE LONG AWAITED MOMENT, WHERE WE WELCOME OUR CLIENTS HOME.
